Happy & Safe uses the minimum cookies needed to make the service work. We do not use marketing, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not load third-party analytics before you tell us we can.
1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small piece of data a website stores in your browser so the site can remember you between requests (for example, that you are signed in or that you chose Finnish as your language).
2. Strictly necessary cookies
Authentication session: keeps you signed in across pages (set by our authentication provider when you sign in). Language preference: remembers your chosen language so the site loads in the right locale.
3. No analytics or marketing cookies in the MVP
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising or cross-site tracking technology in the MVP. If we ever add analytics, we will request your consent first through a clear cookie banner and your previous choice will not be implied.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or keeping your language choice.
