Happy & Safe was built to solve what mainstream dating apps ignore: emotional maturity and genuine readiness for a healthy relationship.
Vision
A global dating app that helps people find a healthy, lasting relationship instead of wasting time on harmful partners. We move quality control to the front.
Problem
Mainstream apps reward surface signals and endless choice. They waste the time of people who actually want a committed relationship, and expose them, women in particular, to manipulative or unsafe partners.
Our answer
A mandatory self-reflection before an account is created. The same for everyone. A smaller, higher-quality pool where both sides have already shown they are serious.
The bigger mission
Happy & Safe is built by Safety in Relationships Oy. We know the entry requirement has an access problem: therapy is not equally available everywhere. In a later phase, as part of the company's SDG alignment work (UN Sustainable Development Goals 5 and 16, gender equality and peace, justice and strong institutions), we plan to make therapy more accessible globally, for example by supporting therapy for people who want to qualify but lack access. This is a stated direction we are building toward, not yet a live program, and we would rather say that honestly than promise it quietly.
